Our Best Price Guarantee means that if you find the same item that's in stock with a competitor (even if it's on sale), we will not only match it, but we'll beat it by 5%.
What items does the 5% reduction apply to?
Our guarantee applies to all identical products and services with identical warranties that are:
- Stocked at Ecotree AU;
- In stock at our competitor;
What is excluded from the Best Price Guarantee ?
- Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic promo code or similar)
- Commercial quantities and bulk pricing (i.e. a reduced price not available to the public)
- Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.
What about other online stores?
Our Best Price Guarantee includes any in stock identical products you find online. When assessing the guarantee from online stores we do need to take into account the added cost of delivery to your location (if any).
If the product can be purchased online and delivered to your location for a lower price than the one we are offering, we will beat it by 5%
